​Born in South Africa and raised in Argentina’s vibrant cultural landscape, Natasha has carved out a unique path in the world of classical music. Her musical journey began at the esteemed Conservatory of Music in Buenos Aires at the tender age of 12, where she honed her skills and developed a deep passion for performance.
Recently, Natasha achieved a significant milestone in her career by debuting as a soloist in sold-out concerts at the renowned Magle Concert Hall in Lund and Konserthus Hall in Stockholm, Sweden. These performances showcased her exceptional talent and solidified her reputation on both national and international stages.
Throughout her career, Natasha has garnered numerous accolades, including the prestigious SAMRO Music Study Award, the Musicanti Chamber Orchestra Award, and the Musicanti Orchestra Award. In addition to her solo endeavours, she is an integral member of The Otero String Ensemble, known for its innovative collaborations. Recently, they joined forces with world-renowned jazz saxophonist Fredrik Kronkvist and arranger Katherine Windfeld on their latest project, Open Gates, further blending the boundaries of classical and contemporary music.
As Natasha embarks on new adventures, she has already released albums as a soloist, Romantic Classics, Perspectives of Piazzolla and Romantic Christmas Classics in Sweden. She is set to unveil two more albums in the coming months. Her innovative approach, coupled with her diverse background, positions her as a compelling voice in the contemporary music landscape.

Natasha’s artistic journey extends beyond performance and composition, drawing inspiration from her academic background in law and criminology. Her deep fascination with the complexities of the human mind has given rise to two distinct alter ego projects. Under the name Carla Crown, she crafts intimate works for piano and strings, highlighting her sensitivity to nuance and emotional depth. With Shanti Sounds, she ventures into the fusion of electronic and acoustic soundscapes, creating immersive explorations where dissonance and harmony coexist. Together, these projects showcase the breadth of her artistry and signal an evolving creative vision with much more to come.
